Lovely Product. Beautiful Blanket

My wife loves Everything about it. Lightweight and warm. Edge stitching is perfect, keeping fraying and wear to a minimum.

There was an issue with shipping after the order. LattitudeZero informed me of the issue and potential delay.
They kept on touch when I had questions regarding what was happening with the shipping. When it became apparent that the item was not arriving for Christmas, they were apologetic and eventually shipped out a lovely pashmina as an apology.

The blanket eventually arrived, and it was Lovely. Better color than I expected. The softness is amazing. It's warm

The blanket minimized the wait and inconvenience of the shipping issue.

Overall, with the results, excellent customer service, and communication, I would recommend LattitudeZero if you're looking for very nice Alpaca products.
